Daniel Roth, D.O.

Dr. Roth, a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana has been practicing community based, interventional pain management since 2009. He did his undergraduate training at Indiana University in Bloomington. He then went on to Purdue University and earned a master’s degree in Science. In 2005 he graduated from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine with a dual D.O. and M.B.A. in Healthcare Leadership. After completing an internship with Michigan State University in 2006, Dr. Roth completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation and subspecialty training in comprehensive pain management at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, part of the Northwestern University’s Hospital System. While in training Dr. Roth became an expert in the performance of advanced interventional spine procedures, and in the management of complex chronic pain conditions. He also received specialized training in mental health and addiction medicine. Dr. Roth is a previous member of the Attorney General’s Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Task Force (2012-2016). He helped to coauthor the accepted Indiana Prescribing Guidelines. Currently, Dr. Roth is the Chair of the Medical Segment of the Northeast Indiana Mental Health Coalition, and is a founding member on the Governing Board. He is a member of the Indiana Osteopathic Association (IOA) and currently serves on the IOA Legislative Committee where he has given testimony on important legislative matters before various legislative committees at the State House.
