Thomas Straub, PA

​Tom has been a Physician Assistant by Summit Pain Management since 2013. He completed his undergraduate training at Indiana University in Bloomington, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 1999. He then completed a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology at Indiana University in Bloomington, graduating in 2002. From 2002-2003 he attended Texas A&M University, where he completed one year of Ph.D. coursework in Kinesiology. He went on to work as a strength and conditioning coach for nearly ten years. He made a career change in 2011 and began PA school at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. He graduated in 2013 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
